Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
Welcome to TraffiqStack. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TraffiqStack website, membership services, lead-generation tools, Traffic Stream, referral features, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using TraffiqStack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to use TraffiqStack.
By using TraffiqStack, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Member Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
TraffiqStack permits members to maintain more than one account, provided those accounts are not used to manipulate referrals, commissions, rewards, membership limits, Traffic Stream exposure, or other platform features.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.
3. Membership Plans
TraffiqStack may offer the following membership plans:
- Free
- Pre-Launch Member — $5/month
- Pre-Launch Annual — $50/year
- Standard Monthly — $19/month plus a $19 one-time activation fee
- Standard Annual — $169/year
- Founder Lifetime Membership — $297 one-time
TraffiqStack may change prices or introduce new plans in the future.
Price changes may apply to future purchases or renewals as permitted by law, but qualifying locked pre-launch rates will be honored according to the rules of the applicable plan.
4. Pre-Launch Membership Pricing
Pre-Launch Monthly and Pre-Launch Annual are limited pre-launch rate membership options.
Pre-Launch Monthly Membership:
- $5/month
- Rate remains locked while continuously subscribed
Pre-Launch Annual Membership:
- $50/year
- Rate remains locked while continuously renewed
If a Pre-Launch Member cancels, fails to renew, or otherwise allows the membership to lapse, the pre-launch rate is permanently lost and may not be reclaimed unless TraffiqStack expressly makes an exception.
5. Founder Lifetime Memberships
Founder Lifetime membership is:
- $297 one-time
- Limited to a maximum of 25 Founder memberships
- Non-transferable
- Not available for resale
- Lifetime membership for as long as TraffiqStack remains in business
- Includes everything available in TraffiqStack at official launch
- Includes permanent Founder recognition
- Does not guarantee access to every future feature that may later be introduced
Founder position numbers, if maintained internally, do not represent different levels of value or status.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize applicable charges according to the plan selected.
Recurring memberships continue until cancelled or otherwise terminated.
TraffiqStack does not directly store full credit or debit card numbers.
7. Refund Policy
All TraffiqStack sales are final.
TraffiqStack does not offer refunds on:
- Monthly memberships
- Annual memberships
- Pre-launch memberships
- Founder Lifetime memberships
- Activation fees
- Any other paid membership or service
Before completing a purchase, please make sure the membership, pricing, and included features are right for you.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally stops future renewals while allowing access through the end of the already-paid membership period.
Cancelling or failing to renew a pre-launch rate membership may permanently eliminate eligibility for that pre-launch rate.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails and is not recovered, TraffiqStack may:
- suspend paid membership benefits
- downgrade account access
- deactivate Traffic Stream positions
- suspend commission eligibility
- restrict other paid features
Access may be restored if the account returns to good standing, subject to the rules of the applicable membership.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, TraffiqStack may:
- suspend or terminate the associated account
- reverse membership benefits
- reverse or invalidate related commission records
- remove Traffic Stream access
- take other reasonable action necessary to protect the platform
11. Referral Relationships
TraffiqStack uses sponsor and referral relationships to track member referrals and platform activity.
Once established, sponsor relationships are intended to remain permanent and may not be changed simply to redirect future benefits.
Attempts to manipulate referral relationships are prohibited.
12. Self-Referrals and Referral Abuse
You may not use self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, fraudulent purchases, or coordinated activity designed to artificially create:
- referral credit
- commissions
- Traffic Stream access
- membership rewards
- bonuses
- other platform benefits
Multiple accounts are permitted, but they may not be used to manipulate the compensation or referral system.
13. Free Member Traffic Stream Rewards
Free members do not automatically receive a Traffic Stream position.
A Free member may earn temporary Traffic Stream access by generating qualifying paid referrals.
The current rule is:
- first qualifying paid referral → 30 days of Traffic Stream access
- a new qualifying paid referral during the final 3 days of an active reward period → an additional 30-day extension
- referrals outside the final 3-day extension window do not stack or bank future Traffic Stream time
- there is no lifetime cap on qualifying 30-day reward periods
TraffiqStack may verify referral eligibility before granting or extending access.
14. Traffic Stream
The Traffic Stream displays member-submitted advertisements and links.
Traffic Stream participation does not guarantee:
- traffic volume
- clicks
- leads
- conversions
- sales
- recruits
- income
- any specific business result
Traffic Stream exposure is intended to provide additional visibility and opportunities for clicks only.
15. Traffic Stream Content Rules
You may not submit advertisements, links, or content involving:
- illegal products, services, or activity

Members are not authorized to bind TraffiqStack or make commitments on its behalf.
23. Compensation Plan and Commissions

At the time of this version of the Terms, member commission payouts are not yet active.
TraffiqStack may activate, update, or further define commission payout procedures in a future update.
Once commissions are active:
- members only earn commissions they are qualified to receive at the time the commission is earned
- missed or unqualified commissions are not retroactive
- commissions for which a member is not qualified remain with TraffiqStack
- commission eligibility may depend on membership level and account status
