TraffiqStack respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, and protected when you use our website, member services, lead-generation tools, and Traffic Stream.

By using TraffiqStack, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
Member Information

When you create or maintain a TraffiqStack account, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account and membership information
  • Referral and sponsor relationships
  • Membership and commission-related records
Lead Information

When someone submits a form through a TraffiqStack member’s lead capture page, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Date and time of submission
  • The TraffiqStack member whose page generated the lead

Lead information is stored by TraffiqStack for our records and is also made available to the member whose capture page generated the lead.

That member may contact the lead regarding their business, opportunity, product, service, or other offer associated with their TraffiqStack account.

Traffic Stream Click Information

TraffiqStack uses server-side link tracking to measure clicks on links displayed through the Traffic Stream.

When a Traffic Stream link is clicked, we may collect information including:

  • The ad or link clicked
  • IP address
  • Date and time
  • Country
  • State or region
  • City
  • Device type
  • Browser
  • Operating system
  • Information used to identify automated or bot traffic

We collect this information to track the performance of member links, provide click statistics, detect automated traffic, operate the Traffic Stream, and provide members with a better experience.

Members may see information such as click totals, unique clicks, date and time, device information, and general geographic information.

Raw IP addresses are not displayed to members. Raw IP information may be available to authorized TraffiqStack administrators for security, reporting, fraud prevention, and system administration.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through TraffiqStack to:

  • Create and manage accounts
  • Provide member dashboards and services
  • Operate personal lead capture pages
  • Deliver leads to the appropriate member
  • Track referrals and sponsor relationships
  • Determine membership benefits and eligibility
  • Maintain commission and payment-related records
  • Operate and measure Traffic Stream advertisements
  • Provide click statistics and reporting
  • Detect bots, abuse, or suspicious activity
  • Provide customer support
  • Process payments and memberships
  • Send account, service, billing, lead, and membership communications
  • Send periodic updates about TraffiqStack
  • Improve our services and member experience
  • Comply with legal, accounting, security, and regulatory requirements
3. Email Communications

TraffiqStack may send emails relating to:

  • Account activity
  • Lead notifications
  • Membership or billing activity
  • Important service notices
  • Updates about TraffiqStack
  • Periodic promotional or informational messages

Marketing and promotional emails will include a way to unsubscribe where required or appropriate.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails may not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional or account-related communications.

We currently use Brevo to assist with email delivery and communications.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

TraffiqStack does not directly store your full credit or debit card number.

Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy practices and terms.

TraffiqStack may retain information related to your payments, membership status, transactions, referrals, and commissions when necessary to operate the service and maintain accurate financial records.

5. Cookies

TraffiqStack may use cookies and similar browser technologies for essential functions such as:

  • Keeping members logged in
  • Maintaining website sessions
  • Tracking referral attribution

We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or general-purpose behavioral analytics services such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics.

If our tracking practices change materially, this Privacy Policy may be updated.

6. Geolocation Information

When Traffic Stream links are clicked, an IP address may be used to determine approximate geographic information such as:

  • Country
  • State or region
  • City

TraffiqStack currently uses ipapi.co to assist with IP-based geographic resolution.

This information is used for click reporting, system administration, security, and member analytics.

We do not use this system to determine or display a visitor’s precise physical location.

7. How Information Is Shared

TraffiqStack does not sell personal information.

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Information may, however, be disclosed where necessary to operate TraffiqStack. This includes:

  • Providing lead information to the TraffiqStack member whose capture page generated the lead
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Brevo for email delivery and communications
  • ipapi.co for approximate geographic resolution
  • Hosting, infrastructure, or technical service providers necessary to operate the website
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law
  • Parties necessary to protect TraffiqStack, our members, users, or the security of our services

Service providers are given information only as necessary to perform the services for which they are used.

8. Lead Information and Member Contact

When you submit your email address through a member’s TraffiqStack lead capture page, you understand that:

  • Your information will be stored by TraffiqStack
  • The member associated with that capture page will receive or have access to your lead information
  • That member may contact you regarding their business or offer
  • TraffiqStack may also send periodic information and updates regarding TraffiqStack

You may unsubscribe from TraffiqStack marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails.

9. Data Retention

TraffiqStack generally retains collected information for a minimum of approximately three months.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide our services
  • Maintain account history
  • Maintain referral and commission records
  • Satisfy accounting or legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Maintain security
  • Preserve records necessary for the operation of TraffiqStack

If a member closes an account, certain referral, transaction, payment, or commission records may continue to be retained when necessary for accurate commission tracking, accounting, or legal purposes.

10. Deleted and Archived Advertisements

Traffic Stream advertisements may generate historical click information.

If an advertisement is paused, removed, or archived, TraffiqStack may retain its historical click statistics and related records for reporting, security, and administrative purposes.

Archived advertisements are no longer displayed publicly but may remain associated with historical reporting records.

11. Your Privacy Choices

You may contact TraffiqStack to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.

Some information may need to be retained despite a deletion request when necessary for legal, accounting, payment, commission, fraud-prevention, security, or other legitimate operational requirements.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

12. International Users

TraffiqStack is based in the United States and may be available to users in countries where our services and payment processing are supported.

If you access TraffiqStack from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy protections and laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

Where applicable, users may have additional privacy rights under the laws of their jurisdiction.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information handled through TraffiqStack.

However, no website, server, database, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

14. Adults Only

TraffiqStack is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly provide accounts to or intentionally collect personal information from children under 18.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of this policy, we may take steps to delete it.

15. Third-Party Websites

Traffic Stream advertisements, member offers, and other areas of TraffiqStack may link to websites operated by third parties.

TraffiqStack does not control the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of those websites.

When you leave TraffiqStack, the privacy policy of the destination website applies.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as TraffiqStack evolves, our services change, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Continued use of TraffiqStack after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
